Purpose
Support the Food Law &
Regulatory Affairs Manager in executing day-to-day regulatory activities to ensure product compliance, maintain regulatory documentation, and coordinate regulatory requirements for Vietnam and selected South East Asia/Asia markets.
The role focuses on operational excellence, effective cross-functional coordination, and timely execution of regulatory activities to support business continuity and innovation.
Mains Missions &
Responsibilities
Regulatory Operations
Support regulatory review of product formulations, ingredients, labels, artworks and product claims under the guidance of the Food Law Manager.
Prepare and maintain labeling sheets, regulatory documentation and supporting records.
Maintain regulatory databases and ensure documentation is complete, accurate and up to date.
Respond to routine regulatory requests from internal stakeholders, customers and distributors.
Support collection and review of supplier regulatory documents.
Export Regulatory &
Factory Registration
Coordinate documentation required for manufacturing site registration and maintenance for export markets.
Prepare regulatory dossiers and supporting documents for factory registration, renewal or amendments.
Maintain a tracker of factory registrations, certificates and renewal timelines.
Liaise with Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to collect required documentation for export regulatory submissions.
Support preparation for regulatory inspections or document reviews related to manufacturing site approval.
Regulatory Intelligence Support
Monitor routine regulatory updates in Vietnam and assigned markets.
Prepare summaries of regulatory changes for internal review.
Update internal regulatory trackers and document repositories.
Support implementation of regulatory changes following guidance from the Food Law Manager.
Project &
Cross-functional Support
Participate in innovation and renovation projects by providing regulatory documentation and coordination support.
Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure timely completion of regulatory activities.
Support artwork approval workflow and document management.
Process Improvement
Maintain regulatory templates, SOPs and filing systems.
Support continuous improvement of regulatory processes and document management.
Assist in preparing training materials and internal regulatory communications.

Regulatory authorities (for routine submissions), Consultants, Certification bodies, Customers and distributors (regulatory documentation)
PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Regulatory Affairs or related disciplines.
3-5 years of experience in food regulatory affairs or a related function.
Basic knowledge of Vietnam food regulations; familiarity with ASEAN regulations is an advantage.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively across functions.
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
