Control the Viet Nam market regulation:
1. Labeling
- Prepare ingredient lists, nutrition information, and other label content based on R&D formulations.
- Review and verify food additive usage levels to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Verify all label information to ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements before approving artwork for print
ing.
- Provide regulatory advice on product claims in response to Marketing requests.
- Manage and maintain the internal labeling system (FLI system).
2. Update and training the Vietnam regulation
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and monitor the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory training to relevant departments and ensure the timely implementation of regulatory changes
- Co-work with relate department for solving issue relate to regulation
3. Document support
- TCCS (internal standard) for the product to make the nutrition range
- Statement for supper market
4. Procedure
- Work with relate department to make procedure for operation relate to work

Kiểm soát quy định tại thị trường Việt Nam:
1. Ghi nhãn (Labeling)
Chuẩn bị danh sách thành phần, thông tin dinh dưỡng và các nội dung khác trên nhãn dựa trên công thức từ R&D.
Rà soát và xác minh mức sử dụng phụ gia thực phẩm để đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định hiện hành.
Kiểm tra toàn bộ thông tin trên nhãn để đảm bảo phù hợp với quy định trước khi duyệt
thiết kế in ấn.
Tư vấn về quy định liên quan đến các claim sản phẩm theo yêu cầu từ bộ phận Marketing.
Quản lý và duy trì hệ thống ghi nhãn nội bộ (hệ thống FLI).
2. Cập nhật và đào tạo về quy định tại Việt Nam
Theo dõi, cập nhật các thay đổi về quy định và giám sát việc triển khai các yêu cầu mới.
Tổ chức đào tạo về quy định cho các phòng ban liên quan và đảm bảo áp dụng kịp thời các thay đổi.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến quy định.
3. Hỗ trợ tài liệu
Xây dựng TCCS (tiêu chuẩn cơ sở) cho sản phẩm nhằm thiết lập khoảng giá trị dinh dưỡng.
Chuẩn bị các bản cam kết/giải trình cho siêu thị.
4. Quy trình (Procedure)
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xây dựng quy trình vận hành liên quan đến công việc.
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Preferred candidates with Korean language skills, English: basic comnunication skill
Experience in Regulatory/food safety/QA roles. Prior experience in a similar role with product self-declaration and labeling is preferred.
Understanding of food safety laws, labeling, and product standards.
Skills in drafting and reviewing standards and legal documents. Ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, QA, Marketing, and suppliers.
Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
Careful, compliant, proactive, and responsible.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành
Công nghệ Thực phẩm, Hóa học, Sinh học hoặc ngành liên quan.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Hàn lưu loát +
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp trong công việc.
Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Regulatory / food safety / QA. Ưu tiên từng làm ở vị trí tương đương có kinh nghiệm tự công bố sản phẩm, kiểm tra nhãn hàng.
Hiểu luật an toàn thực phẩm, ghi nhãn, tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm.
Có kỹ năng soạn & rà soát tiêu chuẩn, hồ sơ pháp lý. Phối hợp tốt với R&D, QA, MKT và nhà cung cấp.
