Fp&A Analyst (Financial Planning And Analysis Analyst)

Budgeting/Forecasting:
− Take lead of the forecasting cycles for P&L and Cash to ensure timely and accurate submission:
− Coordinate with commercial and supply chain BA to consolidate the full P&L - analyze ratio and variance vs to PY/LE/R&O/Budget with qualitative comment on key drivers.
− Drive the reporting schedule - liaise with PRA on reporting timeline - coordinate with team to set the timeline review and details to be filled, follow up & ensure submitting timely & accurately.
− Coordinate with team to ensure data uploading is done & consolidate correctly.
− Monitor the key financial metrics of the company
Reporting:
− Consolidate and constantly improve the reporting deck for Board of Management Directors.
− In charge of reporting decks (CAAP variance/P&L by brand...)
− Consolidate report for management entities (VN-TH-CAM) for P&L and Cash.
Finance transformation:
− Proactive lead the new system transition project, liaise with project team to update the information follow project timeline
− Act as super user for PRVN, have training to local team and support local team in using Polaris, ensure a smooth system integration & transitioning.
− Maintain the tracking of SCT optimization project together with accounting team.
− Maintain the master data and set up for new SKUs
