PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
You will join our team to drive proactive marketing and market trend analysis in Vietnam's consumer goods sector, focusing on fragrance and cosmetics, while collaborating closely with the global MANE Marketing Network to deliver innovative concepts to clients.
DUTIES AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Lead the Personal Care segment in Vietnam.
• Develop and execute Personal Care category plans for Vietnam.
• Track new launches, source samples, and collaborate with R&D for local smelling sessions.
• Analyze market movements and share insights with teams and clients
• Provide quarterly updates on global and local market trends.
• Support Sales and collaborate with R&D to deliver relevant fragrance concepts.
• Coordinate with regional teams on projects.
• Ensure smooth admin operations and database management.
TYPICAL CHALLENGES OF THE POSITION
• Arrangement, know how to make priority for each task to avoid missing and delivering on time, require detail & meticulous every single task.
Yêu cầu
Education / Knowledge
University Degree - Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or Marketing
Experience / Skills
At least 2-3 years experiences - Marketing knowledge background or a related field
Competency Levels
• Basic understanding of the Vietnam market, especially in fragrance and cosmetics.
• Strong ability to capture and analyze market trends and movements.
• Familiar with AI and digital tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva).
• Strong presentation, data analysis, and English communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and well-organized.
• Good sense of Personal Care and Beauty products.
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Team-oriented with strong commitment to the company.
