Coordinate and oversee daily freight operations, including booking shipments, arranging transportation (air, sea, road), and managing customs clearance processes.
Prepare and review essential documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
Communicate closely with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to provide updates on shipment status, resolve issues, and address inquiries promptly.
Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo movements using logistics management systems, and proactively identify and mitigate potential delays or disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of all operations activities.Stay updated on changes in international trade laws, customs regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimize processes.
Assist in resolving operational disputes, such as damaged goods or delivery discrepancies, by coordinating with relevant parties and documenting resolutions.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree, with preference for majors in logistics, transportation, or international trade.
Proficient in English/ Chinese
At least 2 years of experience as an import-export customs broker or in freight forwarding/logistics operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent customer service awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in using import-export systems, software, and common office applications.
