Fresh DC Manager - Bình Dương

* Ensure the achievement of Fresh DC objectives, including:
- Good performance of daily operations
- Optimized logistics processes
- High services level
- Cost saving
* Roles
- Coordinate with SCM, Other DCs, QA, OM and other relevant people to achieve successfully the above mission statement
- Define the proper working plan, measures, method to implement the strategy & achieve the objectives of Fresh DC.
- Organize the effective operations in different functional sections related to Fresh DC activities: administration, security, warehousing and inventory, cross-docking, transportation, ...
- Functionally report to Senior Logistics Manager/Head of Logistics and inform to other relevant people the deviations found out in the platform and suggest the corrections

- Goods receiving process: quantity/quality check, document check
- Goods processing/storage process: sorting, splitting, repacking, labelling, processing, consolidating
- Goods delivering process: pallet arranging, truck arranging, goods delivery quantity, sealing, documenting
- Stock management for both goods and working materials: crate, pallet, equipment, packing materials,
- According to MM Mega Market standard operating procedures/ work instructions.
- Evaluate, monitor and maintain the good performance of service providers, secure their reliable services
- Perform administrative and reporting functions related to PF; set up KPI and monitor guidelines together with SC controlling
- Control all current expenses. Make sure that all expenses are clear and essential
- Keep in touch with all concerned departments within company regularly (OM, QA, Imp-Exp, DCs, Stores, Auditors) to set up and ensure a smooth operation circle
