Fresh Field Operator/lab Technician/junior Engineer Cho Sinh Viên Mới Tốt Nghiệp

1. Field Operator: Làm việc theo ca kíp (ca ngày - ca đêm)
- Làm việc tại các khu vực hiện trường của nhà máy và liên tục liên hệ với nhân viên phòng điều khiển và trưởng nhóm vận hành trực tiếp và/hoặc thông qua bộ đàm ở khu vực sản xuất như thực hiện điều chỉnh các van và các thiết bị/Works outside in the plant and is in constant communication with the Panel Operator and Lead Operator directly and/or by radio in field operations such as making manual adjustments to valves and equipment etc.
- Quan sát các thiết bị đo, đồng hồ và công tơ để xác nhận tình trạng hoạt động theo tiêu chuẩn/Observe local instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to standard operating practice
- Lấy các mẫu sản phẩm và chuyển tới phòng thí nghiệm/Collect samples of various streams and delivers them to the laboratory.
- Vận hành, kiểm tra đảm bảo máy bơm, máy nén và các thiết bị khác theo hướng dẫn của nhân viên phòng điều khiển/Start and stop, patrol pumps, compressors and other equipment based on the direction of the panel operator.
- Chịu trách nhiệm chuẩn bị các thiết bị cho bảo trì bao gồm isolation, draining, steaming và các quy trình khác theo yêu cầu/Responsible for preparing equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required.
- Thực hiện các hành động phù hợp với sự chỉ dẫn của Nhân viên phòng điều khiển và Trưởng nhóm vận hành trong trường hợp khẩn cấp/Take appropriate actions in accordance with Panel Operator and Lead Operator in case of emergency.
Làm việc trực tiếp với các chuyên gia nước ngoài để chuyển giao kĩ thuật trong thời gian đầu của vận hành/Work directly with the foreign experts in the transfer of technical advice during the initial period of operation.
2. Lab Shift Technician: Làm việc theo ca kíp (ca ngày - ca đêm)
Tuân theo các quy trình hướng dẫn bằng văn bản của Hệ thống quản lý phòng Thí nghiệm từ Kỹ sư phân tích trong phòng Thí nghiệm/Follow the written instruction procedures of Laboratory Management System from Lab. Shift Analysis Engineer
- Hỗ trợ Kỹ sư phân tích trong các hoạt động hằng ngày hoặc theo ca/Assist Lab. Shift Analysis Engineer to achieve shift / daily operation.
- Chuẩn bị các mẫu và thực hiện phân tích dầu thô, vật liệu trung gian, các sản phẩm trung gian, hạt nhựa, nước thải, khí thải và các thành phẩm lọc hóa dầu/Prepare samples and perform analysis on various refinery streams including crude oil, intermediate feedstocks, intermediate products, polypropylene, wastewater, air environment, finished petroleum products etc.
- Nhập dữ liệu từ phân tích vào Hệ Thống Quản Lý Thông Tin Của Phòng Thí Nghiệm (LIMS) và hoàn thành tất cả tài liệu và biên bản liên quan đến phân tích truy vết/Input of data from analysis into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Completion of all logs and records related to analysis for traceability.
3. Junior Inspection Engineer: Làm việc theo giờ hành chính
- Có hiểu biết về các tiêu chuẩn kĩ thuật như ASME, API như API 571, ASME B31.3, API 510, API 570/Awareness of ASME design codes and API standards, for example API 571, ASME B31.3, API 510, API 570
- Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra liên quan đến thiết bị tĩnh của quá trình công nghệ lọc hóa dầu và hệ thống đường ống thuộc khu vực được giao/Be responsible of all inspection aspects related to static equipment and piping system of the process that are under his/her area in the Refinery
- Hướng dẫn, giám sát nhà thầu kiểm tra thiết bị xử lý và hệ thống đường ống/Supevise and guide the contractor to inspect the equipment and piping system
- Phân tích các tình trạng thiết bị bất thường và đề xuất các biện pháp khắc phục. Nếu được yêu cầu, chuẩn bị tóm tắt các phát hiện đó và nộp báo cáo kiểm tra cuối cùng dưới sự hỗ trợ của Kỹ sư kiểm tra, Trưởng nhóm kiểm tra cùng với các khuyến nghị sửa chữa/thay thế/biện pháp phòng ngừa khi cần thiết/Analyze inspection findings/abnormal equipment conditions and recommends remedial measures. If required, prepares summary of such findings, and submits final inspection reports under supporting from Inspection Engineers, Inspection Leader together with recommendations for repairs/replacements/preventive measures as necessary.
- Báo cáo kết quả kiểm tra và tiến hành kiểm tra định kỳ/Report the inspection findings and conduct routine inspection.
- Sử dụng cơ sở dữ liệu điện tử của Nhà máy lọc dầu để hỗ trợ Kỹ sư kiểm tra thiết bị trong viêc lập kế hoạch kiểm tra, đánh giá và phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ/Use the Refinery electronic database to support Inspection Engineers for inspection plan and evaluation and root cause analysis.
4. Junior Material & Corrosion Engineer: Làm việc theo giờ hành chính
Kỹ sư vật liệu và ăn mòn sơ cấp chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ các vấn đề về vật liệu và ăn mòn cho Ban Đảm bảo toàn vẹn thiết bị. Các nhiệm vụ chính bao gồm/Materials and Corrosion Engineer is responsible for providing materials and corrosion support to the Asset Integrity Division. Typical duties would include the following:
- Giải quyết vấn đề liên quan đến độ bền vật liệu, sửa chữa và kiểm soát ăn mòn cho các thiết bị của nhà máy/Resolve problems related to materials performance, repairs and corrosion management of refinery equipment.
- Xác định các biện pháp kiểm tra không phá hủy phù hợp để đám bảo chất lượng sửa chữa/Specify NDE methods needed to assure the quality of repair work and interpretation of results.
- Hỗ trợ lên kế hoạch cho các sự kiện như bảo dưỡng tổng thể/Contribute to work plans for events such as planned shutdowns.
- Phối hợp với các bên liên quan như bảo dưỡng, vận hành để hỗ trợ về mặt kĩ thuật vật liệu/Interface with other refinery personnel to provide advice and front-line metallurgical support to maintenance and operations personnel.
- Tiến hành điều tra lỗi để xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ của lỗi, viết báo cáo điều tra/phân tích/Conduct failure investigation to identify root cause(s) of failures, write and contribute to others' Root Cause Analysis reports.
- Giám sát việc áp dụng và diễn giải các quy định về vật liệu và ăn mòn của Việt Nam cũng như các quy chuẩn và tiêu chuẩn hiện hành khác/Oversee the application and interpretation of Vietnamese material and corrosion codes and other applicable codes and standards.
5. Junior Welding Engineer:
• Support for welding team Lead in day-to-day Maintenance activities and shutdown events to review welding technical documents when required,
• Coordinate with other disciplines to recommend/resolve technical issues related to the cutting and welding work based on regulation, NSRP specifications and codes/standards such as EN ISO, ASME, AWS, API and SHELL DEP to Maintenance, Project, and TA activities as required.
• Follow Roles and Responsibility as assignment in welding activities with Inspection team and Maintenance teams in day-to-day activities.
• Work with Welding Inspectors to manage the statistics of welding performance indexes in basis such as: weld defect, and welding work order per week and month and [protected info] per required.
• Involve to welding activities at job site and fabrication shops as per requirement to make sure the procedures are strictly followed and complied.
• Assist, interfere with other teams and tracking on root cause analysis (RCA) for welding defects and leaks related welding as required.
• Review the ITP including defining witness and hold point for fabrication (welding/NDE)
• Review WPS/PQR/WQR related welding work for MOC/projects.
• Review welding consumable storage and handling procedures
• Review heat treatment procedures prior to commencing.
• Prepared the list and witness WPQR activities for the company as per requirement
• Prepare the valid welder ID cards for contractor if required.
• Tracking welder certificates and validation period in day-to-day activities.
• Assist to preparation and execution work to Welding Quality improvement program to achieve ISO 3834-2 as per requirement.
• Assist to regular audits to ensure that welding management systems are operating correctly.
• Oversee fabrication/welding areas and coordinate with teams for welding activities as per ISO 3834-3 requirements in day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate with DMC and GMC contractors in day to day and Turnaround for their improvement welding quality system based on assignment.
• Involve to preparation and execution works for Turnaround activities as per assignment.
