1. Job Description:
Collaborate with senior business analysts and
project managers to gather and document business requirements from clients.
Assist in analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing suitable solutions for various IT projects.
Support the development of business models and process diagrams to visualize client requirements and project workflows.
Participate in client meetings and to gain insights into business needs and challenges.
Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet the client's requirements and expectations.
2. Requirements:
Fresh graduates or final year student, major in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely)
