The Job
- Lead front-end development using React and TypeScript, with growing involvement in back-end development using Java and Spring Boot
- Strong collaboration with the team. Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features.
- Troubleshoot the overall application with an accurate resolution.
- Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures.
- Integration, testing, and quality assurance
- Structured and logical thinking, attention to detail, used to work in a time-critical development environment.
- Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems.
- Employee may be called upon at any time to carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company and its sole discretion.
- Complying with the production and business orders, internal labor disciplines, and occupational safety regulations.
Your Skills and Experience
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience with React
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
- Solid experience working with RESTful APIs
- Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, with a willingness to grow back-end skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- A proactive, collaborative mindset - you share ideas, mentor others, and contribute to team success
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with message queues (e.g., ActiveMQ), microservices, and Docker
- Exposure to software architecture design
- Experience using AI tools to improve coding efficiency or problem-solving
- Enjoyment of mentoring, pair programming, or knowledge sharing within the team
