About the Job
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer to help shape the next generation of ERA's digital experiences. You will work with a talented engineering team to build fast, intuitive, and mobile-responsive web applications used by ERA users. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, influence technical direction, and create polished interfaces that elevate the ERA digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance, mobile-responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for ERA's web applications and digital products.
- Build and maintain reusable, scalable UI components aligned with our design system.
- Continuously optimize performance to deliver smooth, high-quality user experiences.
- Contribute to discussions on frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring consistency and clean code.
- Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, and QA engineers to deliver seamless features end-to-end.
- Work with product managers and designers to translate business needs into clear technical solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices and bring new ideas to enhance our development workflow.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend web development.
- Strong knowledge of both client-side and server-side rendered web applications.
- Proficient in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Redux, [protected info], Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, etc.), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and modern web standards.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience in frontend architecture principles and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or collaboratively
- Passionate, proactive, and proud of delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
