About the Job

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer to help shape the next generation of ERA's digital experiences. You will work with a talented engineering team to build fast, intuitive, and mobile-responsive web applications used by ERA users. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, influence technical direction, and create polished interfaces that elevate the ERA digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, mobile-responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for ERA's web applications and digital products.
• Build and maintain reusable, scalable UI components aligned with our design system.
• Continuously optimize performance to deliver smooth, high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to discussions on frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring consistency and clean code.
• Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, and QA engineers to deliver seamless features end-to-end.
• Work with product managers and designers to translate business needs into clear technical solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices and bring new ideas to enhance our development workflow.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend web development.
• Strong knowledge of both client-side and server-side rendered web applications.
• Proficient in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Redux, [protected info], Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, etc.), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and modern web standards.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience in frontend architecture principles and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or collaboratively
• Passionate, proactive, and proud of delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
