TASKS OVERVIEWING
• Being responsible for all daily activities of resort's accommodation
• Directly participating in organizing plans and operating department's tasks
TASKS CLARIFYING
• Directing the activities of Front Office and Housekeeping Department to make sure that all work smoothly, based on set standard procedures, especially making up room, making reservation, checking - in procedures, ...
• Ensuring the implementation and development of guest relation in the resort
• Ensuring that the number of staffs can handle all tasks in work shift; ensuring that the subordinates are qualified to fulfill the job requirements
• Being responsible for giving solutions for the conflicts, situations between Front Office and House Keeping Department; solving serious guest complaints about resort's accommodation service
• Assisting in making decisions, development strategies for whole resort and activities for accommodation in particular
• Setting up working processes, room service quality management based on resort standard
• Following the statistics; periodically or irregularly reporting sales, expected daily/ weekly/ monthly occupancy to the Board of Managers
• Being responsible for department's budget; planning and balancing revenue - expenditure for accommodation segment to ensure the highest revenue for resort and lowest cost for department
• Planning activities, implementing specific works for events to welcome and serve VIP, VVIP guests of the resort
• Proposing initiatives to improve business, service quality, and save costs
• Making revenue reports and task reports of the department
• Organizing training programs to foster and improve professional skills for staffs
• Participating Department Head's meetings
• Evaluating annual performance of all management levels under responsibility; setting goals and making sure that evaluation is conducted absolutely
• Performing other tasks assigned by superior

Yêu cầu
• Graduating from university and majoring in guest service
• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession
• Being fluent in English; being able to using other language
• Having at least 2 years working experience as the same position in 4 - 5 stars hotel/ resort
