Ensure that all guest requests, concerns, and inquiries are handled promptly and effectively during the night shift.
Work in partnership with Security, Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and Engineering departments to ensure guest's needs are met and oversee the overall smooth operation.
Handles check-ins and check-outs.
Handles any guest complaint that occurred during the night and have efficiently hand-over to the daytime management to ensure the guest's satisfaction is recovered the issue is rectified effectively and in a timely manner.
Perform the system audit including cashiering audit and make sure all transactions are correctly done in line with the financial policy and procedure. The end of day cut off should be done after the system audit after 24:00 hours.
Conduct the patrol around the resort at least two times during night shift including back of house area, the beach and guests villa ( vacant villas and show villas).
Act of the main point of contact for any issue or emergencies that arises during the night.
Complete necessary reports, including Night shift report, Guest profile checking.
Assist with other duties as required by management to support resort operations.
Yêu cầu
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or similar.
Two years of experience as Night Auditor/ Receptionist in a five star Resort/ Hotel.
Familiar with various hotel booking platforms, CRM, POS systems.
Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Another spoken language would be beneficial.
Ability to train and supervise staff and communicate well with management and guests.
Willingness to learn new skills and work hard.
A sharp mind/ attention to detail to ensure that the vast areas assigned to him is well taken care of at all times.
Ability to manage a switchboard if needed.
Ability to stand for long durations at a time.
