Frontend Engineer AngularJS/ ReactJS

• Restaff - House of Norway is an experienced Norwegian offshore development company that focuses on software development with a remote staffing/dedicated team model.
• You will be part of our Norwegian team to work on a SaaS about a CMS that focuses on the oil and gas industry.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL​

• Work alongside the client and the back-end team on new features or system enhancements.
• Create good user experiences in our web applications.
• Come up with creative, outside-the-box solutions for complex problems.
• Write modular and maintainable front-end code.
• Actively participate in writing behaviour driven tests, improving code quality etc.
• Propose and drive changes with the client in mind.

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Very good written and vocal English communication.
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks: AngularJS (primary), [protected info] (plus points).
• Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other display-centric web technologies.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC.
• Full software life cycle experience including testing.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails advantageous.
• A structured, self-sufficient team mindset to work efficiently and effectively.
• Eye for details, both in terms of code and in system design.
• A strong preference for problem-solving.
• Fun and energetic to collaborate with the team.
