We are looking for a Front-end Lead who is proficient with [protected info] You will be responsible for architecting and building our high-performance web and mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms, coaching members whereas necessary, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.
Working in a strong technical team, take part in large-scale implementations of the LeapXpert FMOP in public clouds, private clouds and on-premise infrastructure for global customers.
Responsibilities:
Developing new user-facing features using [protected info]
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs into high-quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Drive and support team to release new features, troubleshoot, and fix issues for the system to run stably in good security, scalability and performance.
Conduct code reviews of team members to ensure alignment with the quality standards and requirements.
Drive the Front-end team's success through technical excellence as well as leading people.

3+ years of work experience as a Senior ReactJs Engineer
1+ years leading a team of at least 3 members
Familiarity with Agile development process
Understanding of app/browser performance improvement techniques and potential cross-browser issues.
Understanding of microservice approaches and practice.
Good organizational skills
Good English communication
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of [protected info] and its core principles
Experience with popular [protected info] state management (such as Redux, ContextAPI)
Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., [protected info])
Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
Knowledge of React hook
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Familiarity with code versioning tools Git
