Mô tả công việc

Developing Enterprise Applications for big clients in Japan
Coordinate with team members under the work assignment of Project Manager
Participate in all stages of software development process including Design, Analyze, Develop, and Maintenance phase
Communicate with professional teams and clients all over the world

Yêu cầu

>= 3 years of experience in both front-end development and project management
Experience with Angular, ReactJS, Vue js and other programming languages
Experience with UI, UX web design
A passion and a high level of understanding of development techniques and technological trends
Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills. Able to communicate with internal stakeholder and client expectations from the outset
Ability to communicate in English or Japanese is an advantage
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and executives
Good at critical thinking, sharp - can make a good decision quickly in a crisis
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills/ people development/ people motivation
Good negotiation skills, being able to communicate effectively, honestly and proactively with foreign teams and clients.
Committed to product quality & high service standards, continuously improve toward perfection
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology/working process
Proven experience in administration in areas of documentation and reporting

Probation salary is 100% of official salary
