Work closely with Sales team to arrange delivery to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Collaborate with the Customer Service (CS) Team to pick up and e-bikes from customers
Manage and track e-bike inventory, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation
Follow up shipment information (expected shipment schedule, booking status, payment terms, special requirements...)
Identify and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during delivery or pickup
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Service Teams
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
Maintain accurate records of delivery and pickup activities, including documentation of any issues or exceptions
Conduct monthly and quarterly logistics warehouse inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Other tasks
Build report Tracking lead time delivery, tracking cost and mistake of logistic vendor . Suggestion and improve Logistic process, Logistics SOP
Contribute and/or lead projects/tasks as assigned by the Logistics Lead.
Yêu cầu

Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics field.
Highly detail-oriented.
Time management.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
Experience in working with SAP, ERP is a plus.
Hi-tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
