Full Stack Developer Java, ReactJS

About the Role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will provide creative solutions and opportunities to our clients. You'll work on complex applications with a team comprised of fellow software engineers, project managers, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, and client stakeholders. You will help to develop and deploy SOA based applications and can be relied upon to complete complex, full stack tasks within an agile software development environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Primary contributor for projects, from conceptualization to deployment
• Work with solution architect in creating detailed technical designs for components.
• Strong support for prototyping, building proof of concepts as well as complete features for solutions.
• Develop framework components to be used by wider development teams.
• Develop complex application components.
• Help define secure and quality code standards and ensure compliance from team.
• Establish best practice source code management/version control.
• Be the point of contact for solving any technical challenges faced by the team.
• Co-ordinate with teams to ensure smooth deliver of components to production.
• Work with operational support teams to troubleshoot problems.

Objectives of this Role
• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design.
• Implement agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with fellow dev team members via Discord/MS Teams, Jira, and standups.

Qualifications:
• Expertise in Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin) and has at least 5+ years on multiple front-end and back-end technologies such as PHP frameworks (Yii2 and/or Laravel) React JS, REST API, PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
• Strong knowledge of 3 tier & microservice-based architecture.
• Good knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Project expertise in CI/CD using Gitlab or equivalent tool, as well as source code management best practices.
• Should have extensive experience building reusable framework components to be used across projects.
• DevOps knowledge and relevant experience would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
