We are looking for Developers with ability to strategical thinking and implementing new ideas and become the problem solver. You would be given the opportunity to re-engineer and innovate your ideas in your current role. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure internal customers are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be a quick learner and have an entrepreneurial attitude who's able to grasp RAMCO's needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in product-based company and knowledge of our industry, we'd like to meet you. You will also work closely with product teams to implement new features. We're looking for someone with a 'zero-errors' attitude who can self-manage their work to meet tight schedules with minimal supervision.

About the Team This role is for C-Team. C-Team at Ramco systems works closely with the Executive Leadership team to take a crack at new initiatives and products that can create maximum impact. This team also keeps a close watch on new opportunities in the market to develop new product verticals for Ramco. C-Team is a kind of start-up within Ramco systems that works in a technology agnostic approach to solve the given problem statement. C-team is currently filled with minds who take up complete ownership of the given problem and deliver the product with -100% perfection. C-team prefer candidates who walk the talk and who are excited to solve the so-called 'unsolved' problems.
