The Job
- Learn and practice combining design thinking with programming skills to deliver user-friendly front-end experiences on web and/or mobile platforms.
- Support in designing and developing systems based on modern architectures such as Microservices, Serverless (serverless framework), and Micro Frontends under the guidance of senior developers.
- Assist the team in implementing and enhancing modules of the system, including Web App, Mobile App, RPA Services, Partner System Integration, and AI Services.
- Contribute to improving code quality by writing clean code, joining code reviews, and learning best practices from the team.
- Continuously improve your skills through on-the-job training, tech talks, and workshops organized within the company.
- Be an active team player, supporting teammates when needed
- Work directly with Senior Developers and the CTO to gain professional guidance and feedback.
Your Skills and Experience
MUST HAVE
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Familiar with either Web Front-end (ReactJS) or Web Back-end (NodeJS/TypeScript).
- Basic understanding of databases (Postgres, Redis) and how they are used in applications.
- Some experience (coursework or projects) with building REST / GraphQL services.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to modern development processes (Agile/Scrum).
NICE TO HAVE
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- Exposure to CI/CD, Serverless (serverless framework), AWS, or other cloud services through school projects or self-study.
- Understanding of 3rd Party API integration and authentication services.
- Passion for software development and willingness to explore new technologies
