We organize specialized events to help our members grow, build relationships, and strive for future success. Events include facilitated seminars, lunches, Peer Group meetings, Zoom conferences, informal meetups, and more.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Inform, register, and follow up with members for events/meetings
Keep track of members' data on the CRM system and keep it up to date
Coordinate with organizing events/meetings, and taking care of event supplies
REQUIREMENTS
Current students, recent graduates, or individuals with 1 or 2 years experience in administration, finance, or other relevant studies.
Individuals who wish to gain experience in an administration role, especially in events.
Individuals who are detailed, thorough, accurate, and well-organized workers.
Individuals who are eager to learn and have interpersonal skills and good English communication.
Self-motivated, detailed, and have good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Being familiar with CRM systems is a plus.
