YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• A recognised qualification in English Language Teaching (Cambridge CELTA/ Trinity TESOL certificate, PGCE, or Equivalent).
  

Skills

• English proficiency level: Native
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work well with both expat and local staff.
• Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to be flexible, supportive, and solution-focused, whilst also maintaining high academic standards.
• Highly organised and able to work within deadlines.
• Basic level of competency and willing to become proficient with all ILA platforms including LMS, Placement Testing App and Google Software (gmail, drive etc.).

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in placement testing or equivalent position.
• 2+ years experience in teaching, including EY, EA and Exam.
• Candidates with experience in sales or customer-facing roles highly preferred.
