Main duties and responsibilities

1. To support Project Coordinators and other JICA experts to communicate with VJU and other relevant Vietnamese governmental organizations/agencies in written and verbal forms of Vietnamese and English.

2. To assist the Project Coordinator for project local budget implementation and budget report.

3. To assist the Project Coordinator for general public relations activities

4. External affairs to contact coordinate and negotiate with various levels of project stakeholders

5. To coordinate and handle logistics for missions, workshops, meetings and other events related to the project.

6. To handle other routine and administrative matters.

7. Any other works related to the above.

Qualifications and Experiences

1. University degrees majored in public administration, business administration and Economics are preferred, however any other majors are accepted depending on the applicant's capacity.

2. Excellent speaking, reading and writing ability in English and Vietnamese are essential.

3. A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to work independently with a minimum supervision.

5. Proficiency in computer skills; MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook are essential.

6. Strong commitment to learn and self- improvement in any situation.

7. Experience in procurement, ticketing and accounting would be an asset.

Salary and Benefit

1. Salary amount is decided based on the results of screening;

2. Social security and health insurance are covered based on Vietnamese Labor Law.

Successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract after 2 months of probation, with a possible extension on yearly basis given satisfactory performances;
