Fullstack Dev JavaScript/Python/Java

WHO YOU ARE

Tenpoint7 is currently seeking a full-stack developer with strong Python and Javascript skills to join our Application Development team. The role requires that the individual be a self-starter with demonstrated skills in Python, Javascript, SQL and understanding of enterprise application architecture including AWS cloud development.

Together with your project team(data engineer + data scientist + full-stack engineer), you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in full lifecycle development of software including analysis, design, coding, review code, testing, implementation, deployment and support.
• Define, and develop new features for the TenPoint7 platform.
• Maintain and enhance existing features of the TenPoint7 platform.
• Gather, analyze, and document project functional requirements.
• Define epics, user stories, tasks, and subtasks for projects on JIRA.
• Communicate project status to team members in daily standup meetings.
• Assist with the development team to support clients in the US when necessary.
• Mentor junior/fresher team members.
  

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frontend skills (Prefered): Javascript (React)/AngularJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery
• Backend skills: Know at least one of these languages: Python, Node.Js, Java, PHP, RoR, Golang, and SQL (MySQL/Postgres)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Flask), and UI/UX design.
• Experience with AWS and Linux is preferred
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science.
• From 3+ years of experience in web application development
• Good verbal and written English language with strong communication skills
