Job Description:
- Join software development projects for Japanese clients using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Involved in requirements analysis and system design.
- Research and apply emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Work in Vietnam with opportunities for short-term assignments in Japan.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with VueJS or ReactJS.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with MVC, ORM, RESTful
- Proficient in using popular libraries such as RSpec, Devise, ActiveAdmin, and CanCanCan.
- Experience working with template engines such as Haml or Slim.
- Strong grasp of OOP principles and common algorithms.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- At least 1 year of experience with SQL/NoSQL Databases.
Nice-to-have:
- Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Basic knowledge of server-side infrastructure.
- Ability to quickly understand project workflows and read others' code.
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
