Job Description:

Join software development projects for Japanese clients using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Involved in requirements analysis and system design.
Research and apply emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Work in Vietnam with opportunities for short-term assignments in Japan.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience working with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Minimum 2 years of experience with VueJS or ReactJS.
Solid understanding and practical experience with MVC, ORM, RESTful
Proficient in using popular libraries such as RSpec, Devise, ActiveAdmin, and CanCanCan.
Experience working with template engines such as Haml or Slim.
Strong grasp of OOP principles and common algorithms.
Skilled in HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
At least 1 year of experience with SQL/NoSQL Databases.

Nice-to-have:

Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus.
Basic knowledge of server-side infrastructure.
Ability to quickly understand project workflows and read others' code.
Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
