We are looking for an experienced and versatile Full-stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in both front-end and back-end development, leading web projects, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across our websites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development efforts for the company's websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with the design member to implement UI/UX wireframes into interactive and efficient code.
• Provide front-end development guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, to deliver solutions that align with company goals.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and security.
• Develop and maintain back-end services, ensuring seamless integration with the front end.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues related to performance, compatibility, and usability.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., [protected info], React) and backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO principles.
• Experience in conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
