Furniture Production Quality Control Specialist

* Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Furniture Production Quality Control Specialist to join our team.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
- Strictly follow and invest in factory production lines, primarily working on-site at the factory adherence to GGH quality standards.
- Perform daily inspections and update on Qarma Software (software to document findings, track defects, and compile reports for management review).
- Report on-time to GGH Supervisor for resolusion on factory production defect, if any.
- Communicate effectively with on-site production teams to identify areas for improvement and enhance production alignment with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for furniture production to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, and help drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
- Participate in regular quality audits and contribute to internal quality improvement initiatives.
