High Level Mission Statement:
To successfully manage, for the customer and University Furnishings DBA The Living Company, programs or custom projects for the life of the relationship through a coordinated team effort.
• Responsible for communication with the USA office and University Furnishings DBA The Living Company employees.
• Responsible for decisions on programs or custom processes, process changes, customer engineering changes, and technologies to be used.
• Responsible for selecting, development and tasking of team members for continuous program(s) improvement.
• Responsible to manage program(s) and custom projects to quoted budget, supply agreement.
• Review and provide feedback to the quoting process on quotes and requotes.
• Responsible for the successful launch of projects within program(s) and custom projects.
• Facilitate University Furnishings DBA The Living Company interdepartmental communications around delivery, quality, etc...
• Knowledge of programs and custom projects material status and issues.
