Mô tả công việc

+ Passionate and enthusiastic about games, determined to pursue a career in the game industry
+ Have a basic understanding of game design and knowledge of culture, economics, and society is an advantage
+ Willing to learn and have a flexible mindset
+ Ability to research, synthesize, and analyze information and data
+ Have a good understanding of players' needs
+ Have problem-solving skills and can find optimal solutions
+ Having an indie product or demo is an advantage
+ Coordinating with related parties to review and revise requirements
+ Work closely with other teams to analyze and resolve issues
+ Cooperate with other teams to create the game that people love to play
+ Share your knowledge, provide feedback or suggestion to make something better

Yêu cầu

+ Have more than 6 months of experience in Game Designer role
+ Previous experience in the game industry
+ Knowledge about social features for games
+ Knowledge about online multiplayer game
+ Comfortable working in a startup environment
+ Work patiently and carefully
+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as being a team member
