Participate in designing Documents including: Gameplay, Sound, Level, Balance, Content...;
Collaborate with Game Designers in the project to ensure progress and quality for the work;
Coordinate with Developers, Artists, Business to build complete products;
Conduct market research and analysis.

Yêu cầu công việc
Having passion for games, especially mobile games;
Have experience in designing at least 01 successfully game published on the market;
In-depth understanding of psychology and behavior of game players;
Have experience in game design or evaluation;
Good understanding of mobile games;
Understand factors in game design such as Fun factors, User motivation, core loop, progression;
Good communication skills;
Skills in English equivalent to IELTS 6.0 is a plus.
Have experience in designing at least 01 successfully game published on the market;

Salary negotiations, up to $1200;
Fixed end-of-year bonus: 2 (two) months of salary;
Annual business efficiency bonus: based on product revenue, paid from 1 month to n months of salary (unlimited), depending on contribution and project role;
Performance and salary review conducted twice a year;
Lunch and parking allowances provided;
Subsidy for IELTS certification exam fee;
Subsidy for professional and job-related courses and training;
Annual subsidy of 10.000.000 VND for sport and fitness (i.e gym, dance, swimming, etc.);
