Game Designer

Where we are going to
Design and Development:
Develop the scope of work and iterations for game aspects, from the prototype to the final product
Complete the design of core features and user flow, integrating them into the gameplay
Plan and implement secondary features envisioned by our team
Gameplay Mechanics:
Design and balance game mechanics, progression systems, score systems, level designs, and difficulty levels
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor user behavior and game performance, including FTUE funnel, number of sessions, and time spent, etc.
Data and Analytics:
Gather and analyze data to verify user engagement with the game and game performance
Interpret and apply insights from user behavior data
Collaboration and Implementation:
Work closely with the Art Director to define the assets needed for the game
Collaborate with developers to create and implement game features
Conduct playtesting to balance difficulty and refine gameplay
Identify and document issues and bugs during playtesting and gameplay
Game Features and Experience:
Ensure the seamless integration of combat systems, tournament structures, and leaderboards into the game
Oversee the design of digital gear packs, their rarities, and pricing, ensuring they enhance the player experience
Manage the seasonal structure of the game, including the national championship tournament
