ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for an experienced and talented Game Designer, who will be responsible for creating captivating gaming experiences for the international market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of gambling mechanics, player psychology, and mathematical models. Your mainly responsibilities will include:

• Create detailed and comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs), covering themes, user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and crucial features and bonus rounds.
• Design and balance the mathematical model (Math Model) for each game, with a core focus on
• Return to Player (RTP), Volatility, Hit Frequency, and Paytable structure.
• Clearly articulate and visualize game flow, rules, and logic for art, sound, and engineering teams.
• Work closely with the Art Team to ensure the visual and audio design enhances the core gameplay.
• Partner with the Engineering Team to confirm technical feasibility and optimal performance.
• Assist the Product/PM and Compliance/Legal Teams to ensure all designs adhere to international regulatory requirements (e.g., MGA, UKGC, etc.).
• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis of the global iGaming market to identify successful mechanics and market gaps.
