Mô tả công việc

Work with executive management team to craft vision of the titles, and to develop schedules and resource requirements to ensure achievement of vision
Liaise between the stakeholders and the project team to ensure user stories/acceptance criteria is clearly defined and understood
Manage product scope and control scope creep during the development sprints
Works closely with the Art, Game Design and the team to drive the production pipeline and provide estimates
Track, measure and focus team on continuous improvement of sprint velocity, team capacity and team utilization
Support production pipeline from conception, storyboard, prototype to ultimately the final game build and hand off in a timely and efficient manner
Facilitate effective team meetings: stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Schedule and attend internal game reviews to compile and distribute comments and notes
Create and maintain reports to capture project status and communicate to stakeholders
Work with the product owners and the project teams to develop and manage Product Backlogs
Facilitate the coordination and collaboration across internal (production, art and story) and external groups throughout the production process by setting up meeting and follow up on action items
Proactively identify roadblocks or projects risks and provide mitigation strategies
All other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
5+ years experience as a Producer in the games industry
Candidate must have shipped at least two video game titles
Experience managing a team of 10+ developers (programmers, artists, animators, designers, testers)
Extremely strong project management skills - Fluent with Agile methodology
An excellent knowledge of production, the difficulties generally encountered by teams, and solutions tailored to their requirements
Ability to analyze problems and provide consistent guidance on different areas : art, game design , organization, business
Good game culture and great knowledge of the gaming market.

- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading teams and managing software development projects a plus
- Strong skills with the MS Office suite of tools: Word, Excel, and Project
- Familiar with JIRA or other project/task management software a plus
