Game - Product Planning And Communication Specialist (HCM)

1/ Retail Marketing:
• Oversee channel visibility: Collaborate with Retail team to enhance store visual and merchandising materials to ensure consistent look and feel across channels; Develop and monitor effectiveness of merchandising items & propose improvement ideas to help increase sellout
• Collaborate with PM to develop display planogram following product strategies of each category; Coordinate with Sales & Retail teams to ensure open display guidelines be well-executed and maintained
• Develop other merchandising programs if necessary, to boost sales
2/ Community Engagement/Development
• Identify & understand the operation of Game/Audio communities to have good knowledge of the insights and behaviors of the target audience in those communities. Work with PM & Marcom to build the right approaches based on those insights
• Approach and maintain the relationships with those communities to build brand loyalty for Sony Game/Audio categories
• Collaborate with PM and Marcom to organize livestreams / workshops / events / roadshows in support of launching new products via own channels or Sony Store Online
3/ Product Knowledge Enhancement
• Work with Sales & Training Team to organize monthly workshops via online or at various dealer shops to engage with customer, focus on Sony's hero products and use case via experience-oriented approach. Convert traffic to sales.
• Work closely with Training Team to keep improving training materials & tools
4/ Front-liner Efficiency
• Work closely with Training team to build & monitor training plans to keep improving promoters/floor salesmen's product knowledge & product demonstration; Develop quality control methodologies to help raise the bar of promoter performance
• Coordinate with PM & Retail team to build incentive programs for promoters/floor salesmen; Measure programs' effectiveness and propose improvement ideas accordingly
