GAP- Business Analyst - Up to 1500

- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements from both a business and end-user perspective.
- Translating business requirements into comprehensive documents such as the Functional Requirement Document (FRD), use cases, and wireframes.
- Tracking all change requests from stakeholders and managing the FRD, design, and change requests.
- Creating detailed user guides and documentation to assist users in effectively understanding and utilizing the product.
- Working closely with designers to ensure all aspects of user experience are defined in the design, and with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements.
- Conducting thorough testing and validation of the product to ensure it meets the specified requirements.
- Providing ongoing support to end-users, addressing any functional questions or issues.
- Continuously monitoring industry trends and advancements in blockchain and product development, suggesting improvements and innovative features.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in capturing and documenting functional requirements for complex software projects, including the ability to create wireframes using Figma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into detailed specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise user guides.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in various industries.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies for requirement gathering and documentation, including familiarity with Figma.

- Up to 14 months salary (13th month's salary and KPI bonus)
