The Procurement Executive is responsible for executing comprehensive
purchasing activities from getting BU/Corp's requirement to choose vendor and follow up the delivery status.
Do sourcing for new/back-up vendors, check for authorized business license,
collect required documents, quotation... for goods/ services following procurement procedure.
Clarify BU/Corp requirement before sending RFQ to vendors.
Negotiate with vendors, make comparisons and propose suitable options.
Proceed with POR approval in the internal system.
Make Purchase order and/or contracts and send to vendors after getting agreements both sides.
Follow up contract/ PO status (delivery schedule, delivery quantity, quality, issue...) and inform BU/ Corp as well.
Contact vendors and other related departments to solve problems about delivery/quality issued.
Evaluate vendor performance and send evaluated results for their performance records according to Procedure of evaluating vendor.
Make report on time.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager that contribute to departmental or company objectives.
