Job Purpose Officer play as the connection between the customers and internal departments to produce products as customers' requirements and be responsible for following duties: - Liaise with MR HQ & Customer to collect accurate customers' requirements for samples produced. - Liaise with customers to obtain their approval of samples - Give guidance and supports to related departments for bulk productions. Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities) - Closely liaise with MR HQ and customers to prepare essential resources for samples produced in accordance with customers' requirements. - Delegate tasks and supervise team in aliasing with related departments, ensure the accuracy of their work, the completion of all samples by deadlines. - Consolidate reports and progress updated to Management and customers. Resolve issues within a timely manner, create internal and external processes and procedures while working for continuous improvement. - Monitor career development of the Merchandising team through identifying and developing capable employees by different way of coaching and training;
