Mô tả công việc
1. Daily monitor production status of factories through management information system. Checking directly with factory the reason of low output/efficiency. Make daily production report TO record whole production status such as personnel status, performance quantity & amount of that they.
2. Daily following factory to update actual shipments performance. Make report submit to CEO. Update shipment management in ERP system.
3. Weekly export shipment report based on factory update.
4. Weekly issue reports in their collected concern of per factory and sale team for issue they are facing. Submit report to CEO and both sides to meeting and find solutions.
5. Report 6-months order status weekly and monthly. Data of this report record based on sale team update on ERP with ex-factory of shipment, recorded the revenue of per team actual and plan in the next 6 months onward. Update shipment in ERP, load to Management Information System of company.
6. Based on 6-months order status, make financial report details per buyer per factory. Submit to Finance Team in Korea.
7. Check actual shipments per buyer per team at the end of month. Send summary to sale team confirmed. Make export shipment settlement for per month of revenue.
8. Update export shipment plan details per Style / PO / ex-fact / quantity / [protected info] followed data provided by sale team. Send report to factory make their plan and goal for new month.
9. Work with factory and all sale team to know the actual order situation per buyer at that time whether follow the plan. Make sale order check 2 times per month and submit report to CEO.
10. Request factory update production performance of per month. In their check and put plan for new month's goal also. Make report to submit to CEO.
11. Record and monitor manpower status of all factories through T/O management report
