Skills required

Requirements:

Education: University Degree in Accounting or Finance
Holder of Certificate of Chief Accountant is an advantage (not a must).
Language: can use English for work (MUST).
Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system and tax regulations, also using of accounting software FAST.
At least 4 - 6 years solid experience in factory accounting, EPE is preferable.
Knowledge of factory production accounting and inventory (raw materials, work-inprocess and end products) management.
Familiar with Microsoft office, good at Excel.
Honest, careful, detailed mind and strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently and work with overseas offices.

What you will do

Responsibilities:

Assist Chief Accountant and General Manager - Finance & Accounting (located in Japan) to prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following the Vietnam Accounting Standards.
Perform costing calculation for our products, including material costs, manpower cost, work-in-process, fixed overheads etc. (new items and regular cost review for specific items). Summarizing and proposing cost optimization methods.
Handle accounting daily operation and all taxation issues.
Input accounting transaction in our accounting software (FAST) both English & Vietnamese.
Handle fixed assets monitoring and inventory management.
Booking general, allotted, amortized, and carry-forward monthly entries.
Providing explanation to data, and submitting documents as well as reports to tax
authorities and auditors
Coordinate with warehouse, shipping team and monitor all in/out transactions.
Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables.
Support other team members in various areas of financial accounting functions and period-end closing tasks are required.
Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.
