General Accountant cum HR & Admin

1. Accountant
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly in ZOHO tool;
- Manage and monitor activities in ZOHO;
- Be responsible for banking transactions;
- Issue invoices, organizing and keeping track of customer's outstanding debt accounts, contacting debtors to get their payment status and negotiating payment plans with customers;
- Collect invoices, documents and work with an accounting service consulting company to declare tax, do finance reports;
- Control documents in hard copies and online data storage;
- Revenue and expenditure management;
- Work with the bank for loans;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
2. HR & Admin
- Register and resolve issues related to social insurance for employees;
- Make probation contracts, labor contracts for employees. Monitor leave, unpaid leave, appointments, etc.;
- Attendance checking;
- Ensure and provide the best working environment for staff: stationery, working facility...
- Follow and make payment for fixed expenses: office rental, internet expenses, salary payment etc...
- Booking Hotel & Air-ticket for BOD;
- Decorate office and organize internal events such as Birthday, Noel, Company trip,...
- Prepare gifts to give to partners on holidays;
- Recruit per other departments request.
