A new set up global manufacturing & trading company is looking for a General Accountant to support the team

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

- Prepare daily AP, AR and bank transactions
- Ensure proper internal control is in place
- Ensure timely financial information is submitted for review
- Liaise with bankers/auditors/tax agent/company secretary

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
- Performs the job in the accounting department as: following and checking on bank transaction, payment transfer, receivable and payable and input data into account software
- Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, ...)
- Checking invoice, documents from out site to ensure follow rule
- Some other job relating to administrative and HR
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

a) Age 26 - 32
b) Education level Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in relevant field
c) Working Experience At least 2 - 3 years experience as general accountant or tax exper
d) Skills
- Accounting and preparation of financial statements
- Good understanding of current financial regulations & standards
- Domestic tax laws
- Knowledge in various accounting software
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office, popular accounting software (Fast, Misa, Effect, ...)
- Good commands of English
