General Accountant / Management Accountant

Function
You will be responsible for general accounting tasks in our company, which operates as both a trading and a production company. You will work closely with purchasing, sales, and production teams, following up on payments and receivables. Additionally, you will support management accounting functions, including cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting, to provide insights for business decision-making.
Responsibilities
Accounting
- Responsible for everyday financial and accounting operations, recording transactions on Netsuite software.
- Issuing invoices and keeping track of receivables to ensure the customers pay on time.
- Proceed with the payments to suppliers following the schedule.
- Work with the bank, internal and external Auditors, and tax authority accompany with chief accountant.
- Based on BOM, working with warehouse accountants to allocate labor expenses and general production cost. Finally, calculating product price.
- Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Taxation and reporting
- Prepare tax report.
- Prepare internal reports, perform costs and revenues analysis.
