Salary:

An FDI company based in Bac Ninh (shuttle bus provided from/to Hanoi) is looking for a General Accountant.

Job description:

· Ensure all accounting activities of the company are executed accurate in accordance with the Vietnamese law and to company regulations;

· Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information;

· Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options;

· Collect information; prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current financial status;

· Prepare and recommend policies and procedures to control accounting;

· Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;

· Follow and check on bank transaction, payment transfer, receivable and payable; issue VAT invoice; and input data into accounting software;

· Tax declaration and finalization;

· Coordinates with other departments, internal audit and external parties.

Requirements:

· 2-3 years of experience in accounting field;

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required;

· Advance knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations;

· Organized and good at planning;

· Careful, patient, to have a sense of responsibility high in work;

· Passion for learning about new people, places and things.
