General Accountant (Tax & Finance)

- Prepare periodical internal and statutory reports including but not limited to: management reports, financial statements, BS reconciliation, Cash flow, tax reports, cost analysis...
- Check and post all transactions in compliance with VAS and company's policy.
- Proceed and make sure all payment is lawful, regular and in compliance with COA.
- Handle AR for export and domestic services ( issue invoices, debt reconciliation, account booking and FX gain/loss calculation)
- Record all transactions as well as perform month end and year end in accounting system
- Assist in VAT refund and tax inspection processes.
- Support and guide accounting team of branches to manage statutory books, compute tax payment accurately and implement control procedures.
- Participate in internal audit procedures examining business operation.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants and tax authorities for tax and accounting matters.
- Organize and ensure adequate preservation and storage of all accounting documents.
- Update new policies and regulation on tax issues to improve the business's efficiency.
- Other tasks required by F&A manager & Unit Head.
