Mô tả công việc
- Record daily financial transactions and post them into the accounting system.
- Review and ensure invoices and accounting documents are valid, compliant, and properly archived.
- Prepare VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, and other tax reports in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Support finalization procedures by working with tax authorities, auditors, and banks when required.
- Coordinate internally with the Chief Accountant, support accountants, and other departments in finance and accounting-related matters.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break) - Lunch provided at the office.
Alternate Saturdays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Location:
F10, 170 Bui Thi Xuan Street, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Auditing.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and FAST accounting software.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in tax finalization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting operations and government regulations related to accounting and taxation.
- Good communication skills; ability to speak and write English is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in the logistics industry are preferred.
- Honest, proactive, detail-oriented, and careful.
