What you will do:
1. Oversee initial set-ups for company's bank account, bookkeeping and accounting systems.
2. Perform the accounting of Vietnam Trading company:
Take charge of incoming and outcoming invoices by issuing, controlling, and collecting invoicesaccording to the set-out procedures and policies;
Be responsible for banking transaction;
Follow up on AR and AP;
Record accounting transactions in the accounting software (turnover, expenses, capital expenditure, depreciation, amortization, debts, and other operations).
3. Manage inter-company invoicing and transactions.
4. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
5. Prepare periodic financial reports, statistical analysis, and any accounting data upon requests.
6. Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, PIT...).
7. Control documents in hard copies and online data storage.
8. Liaise with the tax authorities on the regulations, legal and compliance.
9. Support business control tasks including annual budget, forecast, and internal control.
10. Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
11. Assist the Finance Manager in working with an external auditor.
12. Other tasks as assigned by manager.
