Mô tả công việc

1. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
2. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
3. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
4. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
5. Assist with reviewing of expenses, keeping track of and following up with payment of Obligatory Insurances to the Social Security Agency, doing procurement, etc. as assigned
6. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
7. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
8. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
9. Assist with other accounting projects
10. Do other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Yêu cầu

o Bachelor degree, major in accounting, finance or relevant field
o Excellent knowledge of General Accounting
o Experience of working in education will be plus
o Able to work independently and team effectively;
o Skills of English communication, writing and speaking;
o Computer/ Microsoft Application Skills/ Word/ Excel/Outlook/Internet
o Understand the current legal regulation relating to tax and finance
o Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
o Willingness to meet deadlines on a consistent basis
o Comfortable handling and storing confidential financial information
o Ability to compile professional and thorough accounting reports
o Great attention to detail
o Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
o Can produce high-quality work regularly
o Ability to analyze information in an objective and nonbiased manner
