Việc làm General Accountant

Mô tả công việc

Follow up activities of Accounting Department;
Follow up Inventory, Control Debt;
Perform day to day accounting book keeping and data entry, control detail number on Misa Accounting System;
Control INV, documents follow Accounting Regulations;
Control and double check with inventory accountant about Consignment and Company inventory between Accounting System and reality;
Conduct and record Bank activities: Bank reconciliation;
Issue Invoice/ Execute payments: Double check budget with payment proposal from all departments to progess payment, send transfer list to Manager;
Issue invoices to wholesale and retail customers on sales channels;
Working with Tax Department and economic police, Audito if any;
Keep track of customer liabilities and contact bad debt collection.
Check contract, INV, payment documents, stamp contract or get BOD's signature;
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Financial Report (VAT, CIT, PIT) to BOD and Tax Department'
Proposing improvement measures for the accounting department;
Support other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department;

Yêu cầu

University graduate in related fields;
Minimum 3 year working experience in similar roles;
Accounting Certificate;
Using Fast Online Software fluently;
English: requires good reading and writing skills;
Interity, be careful, high responsibility.
