*** Job Description:
- Monitor revenue & cost respectively of every EPC & OM project. Ensure Sales & Cost records are maintained accurately.
- Follow up receivables account, including due and past due receivables; Alert PJT team the overdue date for quick collection.
- Consolidate related transactions with KES on quarterly basis. Assisting Chief Accountant/ General Accountant to prepare quarterly reports on time.
- Check relevant documents (including contracts, general terms..) and support sales team to review application before submitting to bank. Cooperate with bank and other relevant department, on issuing "Letter of Guarantee", "Letter of Credit" to catch up with projects' progress.
- Coordinate with the business team in submitting payment documents to the bank for payment projects in the form of LC. Ensure documents are confirmed in the most timely manner . Propose for internal guidelines on Request for L/C, L/G issuance for Sale team.
- Follow up duration of bank guarantee, inform PJT team when letter of guarantee expires, work with bank to close guarantee.
Review reports on company's loans, letter of guarantee, letter of credit from banks, ensure promptly report upon credit limit on monthly basis."
- Prepare and declare tax report, such as: HCM VAT, HN VAT, WHT.
- Support to work with KPMG about accounting records. Cooperate with sale team, PC team and audit to get owner's & vendor's confirmation for auditing purpose.
- Others assigned by Chief Accountant.
